Mr. Alfredo S. Joaquin, 54, has been treasurer and director of Boulevard Holdings, Inc. since July 13, 1994. He is Executive Vice President for Finance of AASMI since 1996. He also sits as director of PAGCC, and Treasurer of Puerto Azul Land, Inc. He graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Accounting at the University of the East He is a Master in Business Administration (candidate) at Ateneo de Manila University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
